Crane hoists and trolleys are the heart of any overhead crane system, responsible for the vertical lifting and horizontal traversing of loads across the crane bridge. Wimac manufactures a comprehensive range of wire rope hoists, chain hoists, and trolley systems designed to meet various capacity requirements from 500 kg up to 250 tons. Our hoists feature VFD-controlled motors for smooth acceleration, electromagnetic brakes for reliable stopping, and heavy-duty gearboxes for long service life. Available in standard, low-headroom, and double-rail configurations to suit different industrial applications and building constraints.
End carriages (also known as end trucks) are critical structural components that support the crane bridge and enable longitudinal travel along the runway rails. Wimac end carriages are manufactured from high-strength structural steel with precision-machined wheel assemblies featuring forged steel wheels, hardened treads, and sealed, maintenance-free bearings. Our end carriages incorporate electric drive motors with soft-start capability, integrated rail sweeps, rubber buffers, and optional anti-collision sensors. Available for both single girder and double girder crane configurations with wheel loads ranging from 5 to 100 tons.
Crane hook blocks serve as the primary load attachment point and are engineered for maximum strength, safety, and reliability. Wimac hook blocks are designed in accordance with FEM, DIN, and ISO standards and manufactured to deliver long-term performance under demanding operating conditions. Each hook block assembly includes forged steel hooks, precision sheaves, anti-friction bearings, and robust steel side plates.
Hook Block types by capacity and duty class
Wimac offers various hook types including single hooks for standard applications, double hooks for balanced load distribution, laminated hooks for extreme heavy-duty operations, and rotating hooks for precise load positioning. Hook blocks are available with capacities from 1 ton to 500 tons.

Electrical Panel
Crane electrical control panels serve as the central nervous system of the crane, housing all control and safety components including contactors, thermal relays, limit switches, frequency inverters, PLC systems, and diagnostic devices. Wimac electrical panels are built with IP55 or IP67 protection class enclosures, ensuring reliable operation in dusty, humid, and harsh industrial environments.
Main electrical control panel with PLC and VFD systems
Standard operating voltage is 400V 50Hz, with optional 460V 60Hz configuration for overseas installations. The panels are designed for operating temperatures from -40°C to +70°C. For higher temperature environments, integrated cooling systems can be added. All panels include comprehensive safety features such as emergency stops, overload protection, and phase monitoring.

Festoon Cabling System
Festoon cable systems provide a robust and flexible cable management solution that ensures uninterrupted power and control signal transmission by safely guiding and protecting cables along the crane's travel path. Wimac offers three main festoon system types to suit different applications.
C-Track Festoon System
C-Track (C-Rail) festoon systems are the most common solution for standard indoor crane applications. The enclosed C-profile track protects cables from dust, debris, and accidental damage while allowing smooth trolley movement. Suitable for small and medium distances as well as light and medium capacities in moderate environments

I-Beam Festoon System
I-Beam festoon systems are designed for heavy-duty applications requiring longer travel distances and higher cable capacities. Ideal for outdoor gantry cranes, steel mills, ports, and foundries. Supports longer distances, heavy duty, harsh environments and heavy industries.

Other Alternatives for Overbridge Electrical Supply
As an alternative, these systems are also available in
very heavy-duty festoon configurations suitable for demanding
operating conditions. Besides, options such as Ex-proof executions
provide enhanced protection for power and control cables, ensuring reliable performance in
hazardous, outdoor, or harsh industrial environments. Movable cable channels are also used as an alternative for festoon at certain project requirements.
Busbar
Crane busbar systems (conductor bar systems) provide continuous electrical power supply to moving crane components through sliding collector contacts. Busbars offer a reliable alternative to festoon cables, especially for long travel distances and high-current applications.
Enclosed Busbar
Enclosed busbar systems are enclosed in a fully insulated protective casing. This design both enhances safety and offers a more compact layout. They are generally used in indoor environments.

Insulted Conductor System
Insulted Conductor System is an alternative and more economical solution compared to busbar system, suitable for Indoor workshops, warehouses, assembly halls, normal environments. But it has shorter lifetime compared with busbar system
Insulted Conductor System
Open Busbar System
Open Busbar System consist of uninsulated or partially insulated conductors. These busbars are designed for use in overhead lines or outdoor areas. They are manufactured from copper or aluminum and have a high current-carrying capacity

Cable Drum
Cable reeling drums provide an efficient method for managing power and control cables on traveling crane components. As the crane moves, the cable drum automatically winds or unwinds the cable, maintaining proper tension and preventing cable damage. This system is particularly advantageous for long travel distances where festoon systems may not be practical.
Spring-Driven Cable Drum
Spring-driven cable drums use a powerful spiral spring mechanism to maintain cable tension and automatically retract cable as the crane returns. This maintenance-free design requires no external power source. Suitable for travel distances up to 100 meters with cable capacities up to 150 meters.

Motor-Driven Cable Drum
Motor-driven cable drums employ an electric motor with torque control to wind and unwind cables with precise tension regulation. Essential for long travel distances and heavy cable loads. Suitable for travel distances exceeding 500 meters with cable capacities up to 1000 meters.

Remote Control Devices
Crane remote control systems enable operators to control crane movements from a safe distance, improving visibility and reducing operator fatigue. Wimac offers both wired pendant controls and wireless radio remote controls featuring ergonomic designs, intuitive button layouts, and robust construction for industrial environments. All remote systems include emergency stop functionality and multiple safety interlocks to prevent unauthorized operation.

Gantry Crane Storm Brakes
Gantry Crane Storm brakes (A hydraulic rail clamp) is used on gantry cranes to securely lock the crane onto the rail during strong winds, emergency stops, or when the crane is parked. By applying powerful downward force through hydraulic cylinders, the clamp grips the rail head and prevents any unintended movement, ensuring stability, safety, and protection against derailment. This system is essential for outdoor gantry cranes operating in open areas where wind loads and environmental conditions can cause the crane to drift or slide.

Operator Cabins
Crane operator cabins provide a comfortable, safe, and ergonomic working environment for crane operators during extended shifts. Wimac manufactures custom operator cabins designed to meet specific operational requirements and comply with international safety standards including EN 13557 and ISO 8566.
